Mr. N Rajesh is the CEO of the company, has rich experience in training and leading diverse teams to critical, time bound, security operations.
The core team comprises of pioneers in the field. Managing Director Mr. Ghanta Avinash has 10 years of glorious experience of running successful business fronts and understands the key role of staff functionality in business organizations
SR FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The Challenge is always to connect a direct line between the demand for Skilled, Semi-Skilled and Unskilled labor and fluctuating demand for the same to sectors like Manufacturing to Service Sectors. The diverse work force (Skilled, Semi- skilled and Unskilled) from SR Facility Management Services (SRFMS) are first sieved for their commitment and then trained to pursue and contribute to multidirectional development of workspace and their personal and professional upgrading. They are inspired, coached, and fortified to become an asset to any organization that they are employed and discover newer professional advancement opportunities.
SR Facility Management Services (SRFMS) provides skilled, Semi-Skilled and unskilled resource to sectors like, Retail which consists of E-Commerce one of the focus areas in the modern Era, also focusing mainly on Warehouse management services providing end to end solutions (3PL), IT Sector, Hospitality Industry, Manufacturing, Engineering Industry, Government Sectors and Health Care.
Staff Training and grooming
Employee personality grooming is of paramount importance in training procedures. The staff is trained too always be courteous, presentable, amicable, clean and disciplined. The staff are dressed in uniforms, provided with clear ID cards, and clean footwear. The male staff must present themselves clean shaved and short trimmed hair. Code of conduct and dressing rules are stringent with both male and female staff members. They are all addressed to surprise checks and audits at regular intervals.
Training Instructions
The mentors who train our staff are amongst the best in the industry. The coaches vast experience in the field are hand-picked and filtered for required certifications. The candidates are thoroughly mentored to inculcate proper personal grooming, to always exhibit the right attitude, to maintain calm and ease in handling tasks, alertness and attentiveness in understanding their job schedules and implementation.
We conduct training on and off the job sites with visual and virtual training is provided for critical management. We simulate situations and prepare them to handle real situations. The training is systematic, with Managers and Assistant Managers smoking regular updates and briefs as and when required.
